Information you choose to share
The interest form collects your name, email address, and selected program. You can also provide a phone number and a message. We also record the time of submission and your agreement to be contacted. Please do not submit medical information, identity documents, or payment information through this form.
Portal accounts
Portal registration collects your verified sign-in email, name, student or teacher role, selected student class, date of birth, contact email, phone number, and acknowledgment of this notice. The school uses your profile to review access and assign your class. Teachers do not select a class during signup; the master account can assign their teaching class. Your date of birth is visible only in your own profile. Approved teachers can see the names and contact details of approved students in their assigned class. Only the master account can approve or pause portal access and manage class assignments.
Your name appears with announcements and comments that members of the relevant class can read. School-wide announcements and their discussions are visible to all approved portal members. The master calendar is shared with approved portal members. Teacher resources are restricted to approved staff within the relevant class. Master resources are private to the designated master account and are not accessible to students or teachers. Please do not post medical information, identity documents, or private student records in discussions or resource uploads.
Clinical rotations and signed documents
Your clinical assignments include your name, class, provider, reporting address, shift dates, times and coordinator instructions. You can see only your own rotations. Approved teachers can manage rotations in their assigned classes; the master account can manage all rotations.
Students sign documents directly from Resources. Your saved copies are accessible only to you and the master account. Electronic signing records your verified sign-in email, full name, entered date, cursive signature, field positions, consent, and actual signing timestamp. A signed PDF with the visible entries is saved together with the original document version and its integrity record. You may choose a paper process by contacting the school. Shared Resources are for class materials; do not upload private student records as shared resources.
Signed PDFs, their original versions, signature evidence and review history are retained for at least five years from signing or paper-copy upload. The master can extend retention to five years after completion or withdrawal. Signed records are not automatically deleted and have no portal deletion control. Contact the school about access, corrections or retention; applicable recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion.
How your information is used
Pacific Coast EMT uses your submission to understand program interest, respond to your questions, and contact you about program updates and future availability. Joining the list does not enroll you in a program or reserve a place.
Storage and access
Form submissions are stored with this website’s hosting service so Pacific Coast EMT can review them. Our email service processes inquiry details to send your confirmation and notify our team. Hosting and technical service providers process data as needed to operate the site. We may also need to disclose information when required by applicable law.
How long we retain inquiries
Our inquiry-retention policy is five years from submission. You may request earlier deletion or ask us to stop contacting you using the email below. We review deletion requests in light of any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Website technology
This version of the website does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as request logs, to deliver and secure the website. The portal uses an essential secure session cookie to keep you signed in. Sign-in codes are sent through our email service and expire after five minutes. Codes are stored as hashes, and sign-in attempts are limited to protect accounts. Sign out when you finish using a shared device.
Website performance
We count page visits and measure loading and interaction duration in daily totals to improve the website. These measurements do not use tracking cookies or store visitor identifiers, contact information, full page URLs, or advertising profiles. Technical abuse limits use temporary hashed network identifiers.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, correct your details, or request deletion of your interest submission or portal account by emailing Admin@PacificCoastEMT.com. Include the email address you used in the form so we can locate your submission. We will review your request and any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
