ABOUT PACIFIC COAST EMT
Pacific Coast EMT is developing practical EMS education for students in South Orange County, California.
EMT approval and permanent facility pending. Enrollment is not open.
OUR PURPOSE
Pacific Coast EMT is operated by Pacific Coast EMT LLC. Our goal is to prepare students for the responsibilities of emergency medical care through classroom learning, hands-on practice, and supervised ambulance field experience.
Planned programs include Accelerated EMT, Evening/Weekend EMT, Hybrid EMT, EMT Refresher, and Basic Life Support. Skills instruction is planned at a maximum of 10 students per instructor. Additional continuing education is available through EMS CE HUB, our sister company with its own website.

MEET THE FOUNDER & PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Paramedic. EMS educator. Program founder.
Jeffrey Templeman brings experience in 911 ambulance operations, public health, and EMS education to Pacific Coast EMT. He currently works as a paramedic with AMR.
As a former EMS instructor with Coastline ROP, Jeffrey taught classroom concepts and hands-on skills through realistic training scenarios. His teaching connects the knowledge students learn with the decisions they will practice in the field.
CURRENT SCHOOL STATUS
We are collecting interest while finalizing our facility and preparing for program approval.
Pacific Coast EMT is exempt from BPPE approval. Exemption verification is valid through April 13, 2028, subject to continued compliance with the exemption conditions.
BPPE application number: 260325162762. Exemption is separate from EMT program approval.
EMT program approval has not been obtained. The application packet will be submitted to Orange County EMS after the permanent instructional facility and lease are secured.
November–December 2026 is a tentative launch target, subject to the facility and approval.
Continuing education has its own home at EMS CE HUB. CE course information and availability are managed separately from Pacific Coast EMT’s programs.
